Payments:
Accepting the following payments:
Google checkouts: if you order something I will send you an invoice through Google checkouts. It works with all major credit cards (similar to paypal). Items bought this way ship within 2-3 business days (unless custom orders or candles).
Money Order/Personal Checks: once I receive your Money Order/Personal check and it clears, I will send your order.

Shipping:
I ship via USPS. I ship the least expensive way possible. If you want an upgrade, please email me and I will add in the difference. If you'd like insurance, I will add that in as well.

Returns:
All sales are final. If you are concerned about loss or damage, I highly recommend insurance and delivery confirmation at additional cost. No two items I make are the same, so I could never remake the exact item again.

Custom Orders:
I do custom orders, please email me with requests. I will send you a price quote, and then you can decide whether that's what you want or not.
Due to increase in custom orders, I require a 20% non-refundable down payment. Upon agreement in price, you will receive a Google checkout (or if you prefer Revolution Money Exchange) invoice for the down payment, and the remaining will be due upon completion.
I ship within 2-3 business days.
Due to unique work I do, all sales are final. Fragile Items I list as such and recommend insurance.
